This year’s in-person conference fee is $1499.00 USD.

There is also a virtual conference option. The Virtual fee is $449.00.
We recommend business casual during general session and breakouts. Casual attire is appropriate for the evening events.
In November of most years, Scottsdale averages a daily maximum temperature between 74 and 84 degrees Fahrenheit. The average low-temperature in November is 56 degrees Fahrenheit.
Velocity 2022 organizers support special dietary requirements for medical reasons, specifically food allergies. As such, we will do our best to accommodate your food preferences. You will have an opportunity to indicate any special dietary restrictions or allergies during the registration process.

November 7, 2022. The main departure date is Wednesday afternoon November 9, 2022. If you are planning to participate in one of the Wednesday afternoon excursions, you may want to plan to leave on Thursday morning November 10,2022.

If circumstances change and you are no longer able to attend Velocity 2022, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to [email protected] Registrations may be refunded if a cancellation is made in writing, until September 15, 2022. Even though all registered attendees will pay for their own rooms, we will continue to provide the customer service needed to help them reserve their rooms at our pre-negotiated rates. In no way shall MercuryGate be held liable in the event MercuryGate is prevented from the performance of any act required under this Exhibitor & Sponsorship Prospectus by reason of strike, lockout, labor problems, restrictions of government, judicial orders or decrees, riots, insurrection, terrorism, war, pandemics, acts of God, inclement weather, or other causes that are beyond the reasonable control of MercuryGate.
